At Little Z Kids, every piece is crafted with love and care. We hope you and your little one enjoy your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—fairly and supportively.

📦 Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
 

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • International orders
  • Sale items (BOGO, clearance, flat-rate offers, etc.)
  • Orders where the wrong size was selected (though exchanges may be possible)

📸 If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

 

🔁 Size & Product Exchange

We understand sizing for kids can be tricky. That’s why we offer:

  • One-time free exchange per order (subject to stock availability)
  • No return shipping fee for exchanges
  • Easy guidance from our team
 

🚚 How to Return

  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all parts, tags, and any freebies included

👉 Please pack securely to avoid transit damage.

  • We will arrange a courier pickup from your location whenever possible
  • If a pickup service is unavailable, we’ll request you to ship the product back to us
  • In such cases, we’ll reimburse up to ₹120 for courier charges—just share the tracking details once dispatched
 

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

For returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund is credited to the original mode of payment.

  • COD orders: Refund is processed to the details provided on the return creation page. COD Charges (Rs 70) are deducted from this amount.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the product is picked up.

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product:

  • We’ll cover return shipping
  • We’ll ensure a prompt replacement or full refund
  • Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it

📦 Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping (India): Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Delivery Timelines:
    • Prepaid Orders: 3–4 business days ✈️
    • COD Orders: 5–7 business days 🚚
  • Orders Below ₹999: A flat ₹50 shipping fee applies (non-refundable once shipped).
 

⚡ Expedited & Same-Day Delivery

  • Express Shipping (1–2 Days): Available via DTDC at an additional ₹350. Call us at +91 73000 00946 to arrange.
  • Same-Day / 4-Hour Delivery: For urgent orders, delivery within 2–3 hours may be possible depending on distance and product availability. Charges vary. Please call +91 73000 00946 for details.
 

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available at an extra charge of ₹70.
  • COD and Express Delivery charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier company and bank.
 

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery within 4–7 business days (subject to customs clearance).
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
 

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once pickup is initiated, cancellations are not possible.
